Today we added two really cool support “widgets” to the site to make our client’s lives easier. If you need support or have questions while using the site, you can now use these tools to create a ticket and start a conversation with us.
1). Open a support ticket. The green widget on the right side of the page can be used to submit a question and it takes a screenshot of your page. It also tells us what operating system and browser you are using (because we often need to know).
2). Help. The help widget at the bottom allows you to search our knowledge database for articles that might answer your question. If you don’t find the answer, you can leave us a message (which creates a ticket). This doesn’t take a screenshot though, so keep that in mind.
When you Open a Ticket, it takes a screenshot. You can add comments / annotations to the screenshot to provide additional context to your ticket. Here is an example.
These new features should make the process of getting support easier for everyone, including us.
